As a way to say Thank You, new buyers who sign up to work with us during 2018, as well as buyers who are Repeat Clients, may receive a rebate under the below terms:
- You must sign a Buyer Agency Agreement with us either prior to viewing properties or upon our first meeting.
- You must request the Buyer Rebate be included in our Agreement.
- This offer is for residential single family attached or single family detached homes only.
- The property purchased must have a minimum 2.8% net cooperating broker selling commission (which most do).
- The property must have a net purchase price (purchase price minus any buyer credits) of at least $300,000.
- You must close on the property during the time that we represent you, excluding any holdover period. Upon successful closing we will write you a check for 10% of the net selling commission. If you choose to use the rebate toward closing costs, it must be included in the Contract to Buy and your lender must agree in writing.
- This offer is effective beginning 01/02/2018.
- Past clients who have either bought or sold with us previously will be considered Repeat Clients.
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with referrals from or to other agents.
- Not valid with other offers.
